Command to restart the computer

I am using Windows 95 and I need to know the command which can restart the computer in Visual Basic 5 when I press the command button. Please pass me the command in detail explaining what each phrase does. Besides that, I also want to know how to create a program such way that when I send the data from my house, it should go to my Hotmail server under my login. If that cannot be done, how about storing the data in other terminal such as my college pc. Thank you very much for your answers.

You only answered one question? I am using Ms Access. How do I have a database in my college while I'm at home trying to store my assignment in my college pc? I know that I have to be on line. Besides that, what are the coding?

I wish that my comments are manually checked by the the experts next time instead of just transferring my points just like that to other experts. If this goes on, I'm sure everybody will stop asking questions and will only be answering them just for the points!!
