Making frames for IE3

How can I create a web page containing frames that display seamlessly in Internet Explorer 3, i.e. without any frame borders.

<frameset rows="120,*" frameborder="0" framespacing="0">
etc...
Maybe add the attribute border=0. Does no harm to MSIE3, and is better for NSNav.
