I would like to use Outlook 98 on a Win95 network, so that four secretaries can
share calendars, address book, and to-do list.   How?

The best way is to create a single profile called "Secretaries" which contains the calendar, tasks etc. Then go into the properties of the account and under the delegate section ensure that the four secretaries have owner permissions on the calendar, mailbox, task list etc. I have done this and it works well.

I am sorry that I did not make the question clear enough... the folders that I create are not seen
by the secretaries working at machines #2, #3, & #4.  The folder is only seen on the machine that created the folder... that is, machine #1.
