How do I create and compile a VB CGI .dll ?

Visual Basic DLLs are ActiveX DLLs.
ActiveX DLLs are working with classes.
There is no need to use a CGI.DLL.
If you want to create a standard EXE, and to reach it via Internet, I will send you two sample applications. They work!
