1. MS WebBrowser Control
2. MS COMM Control

They are documented.

1. It is in the latest Platform SDK documentation: Platform SDK\Internet Networking and Distributed Services\Internet Explorer Reference\Internet Tools & Technologies\Reusing the WebBrowser and MSHTML. You may read it online http://msdn.microsoft.com/developer/sdk/.
2. When you use the Components and Controls Gallery and select this control, you can press the More Info to open the help file.
