Hello.

A simple question.
Please teach me how to  display a multiline tool tip.

Tool tip? you mean hint?

assuming you have a button on a form then :
Button1.hint:='line 1' + #13 + 'line 2';
will display a hint on 2 lines.

To make à design time, you have to use a inproved IDE or show the form as text and put 'line 1'#13'line 2' for the hint.

The IDE is the delphi interface for programmation (where you edit the forms, enter the code....)
I think i've seen some improoved IDE in DSP (Delphi Super Page) that allow to put #13 caracters in any string properties (caption, text, hint...). However i'm stil using the standard one and make modification directly in the text of the form if needed.
