Configuring modem for dos

I must install a US Robotics 33.6 fax modem in a Pentium clone so that I can use
PC Anywhere 5.0 to access a remote server.  Using Win95 OS, the modem will not work.
I have reconfigured it for different com ports with no success.  When I configure for com 2,
it will not even open the port.  Win 95 doesn't even show com 2 access.  Is there a driver that
I can download to give me access to this software?  I need the problem resolved for work.

This is both an answer and a question. WHich modem do you have? Drivers and tools for your modem can be found at http://3com.com/support Choose drivers and dowload the one you need. The drivers also come with a configuration tool to configure your modems internal com port to whichever com/irq you choose.
