Computer get Freeze.

To many times is happen me that  working with my computer (DELL 230mhz Optiplex GXa, 64mb ram)
it just gets freeze at any program, even the keyboard doesn't work.
I have bin working 6 months with  this computer and I didn't make any change of Software or Hardware.

I hope you can help me. Thanks.

It sound like a device confilct or mem configuation problem, check your memory / resources avaliable in control panel / system / performance  Check your devices in the same window under device manager and make sure there are no conflicts.  One last note
since your computer is freezing up it possible you could have corrupted some OS files
use scandisk to check for probems on your hard drive
