I know all about the Rules Wizard for a mailbox user using Outlook. &nbsp;But what about for a distribution list? &nbsp;I want the 'from' field to be from the distrubtion list alias i.e. support@domian_name.com and not from a specific user.<br />

Well, The ditribution list is not a mailbox, but you could create a mailbox give it a display name similar to your distribution list, put this mailbox in the distribution list, &nbsp;give yourself ownership of the account, log into it and setup the rules. <br />
