Socksifying win98

I want to socksify my win98-installation with
hummingbird v5. This does not work though. It complained
about the winsock-version.
Anyone who knows how to socksify a win98-installation.

Windows 98 has a new Winsock, version 2. You can contact the developers
for a later version which runs on Windows 98.
