Abe's Oddysee - Paramonia and Scrabania

So, this is a two in one.  Upon entering Scrabania, I can kill the lower scrab by dropping a rock on his head.  I can kill the upper one by whistling him onto a bomb.  But I can't kill the third one and ring the Elum Bell.  How do I do that?  And secondly, after I get to Paramonia, I can get my Elum.  But he always stops and eats the honey dropped by the beehive.  How do I get him to behave, so that I can jump across the ravine?
