Why my NT shell extension context menu doesn't work?

Hi,
  I have a application to extension the shell context menu,
It's work correctly under win95,but it doesn't work under NT.I don't know why,The register database is correctly,but
it just can't enter the Initialize of OLE interface.
who can help me? Or give me a simple example source code.

Have you looked into the Win32 sample "Shellext: Basic Shell Extension" and the article "Extending the Windows 95 Shell" (note the section Shell extensions and Windows NT) at http://www.microsoft.com/win32dev/ui/shellex2.htm?
