I assume you know enough about printing to get a printer DC etc.  If you don't then goto http://www.codeguru.com and search for "Dialog Print".  The first article that comes up tells you how to print without the Doc/View framework.

Okay, now to print (draw ?) your dialog to the printer DC :-
1. Create a memory bitmap (CreateCompatibleBitmap), and DC (CreateCompatibleDC).  Select the bitmap into the DC
2. GetDC on the dialog
3. BitBlt from #2 to #1
4. ReleaseDC on the dialog
5. Send the bitmap to the printer
6. Clear up #1
