You can add/change/delete users by either using IB API functions or by using the gsec.exe utility from standard IB 4.x.
IB API functions are located in gds32.dll. For using them,
you'll have to convert the header file ibase.h which is
f. ex. already included in FreeIBComponents.
Go to the interbase download page:
http://www.interbase.com/download/index.html
and download FreeIBComponente and IB_Objects.
FreeIBCOmponents is rather new but 100% source and will
be the base of the future official Interbase component set,
if you can believe the rumours.
IB_Objects is very well developed, a lot older, 90% source, you
can buy the rest.
