That's what I found out when I went to it. How did that slip in and what does it have to do with Win98 Cabs?

Well,  if you'd like to find a specific file,  install FILEINFO from the TOOLS\RESKIT (or something like that) folder.  type in any file name and it will tell you the date,  size,  and which .CAB file it's in.
