Adobe Type Manager is a commercial product of Adobe
www.adobe.com
It basically improves the quality of your fonts.  It comes bundled with a lot of products (e.g. DTP and other software), whichever software requires it, should have included a copy of Adobe Type Manager, and re-installing that should fix it (check carefully for any CDs/disks from Adobe).

If you give the file, then I have to go jail <g>, I think.
