Serg,
Go here for info to identify that Media Vision card and download the drivers:

Let me know if you need more.

I submitted that one in the wrong place!

You need to try here for those drivers:

Hey i Went to the site and they actually have an older version
of the driver ,then the one that came with my PC.
I got and installed the driver anyway, after that the system crashed and i had to safe-mode fix everything back to how it was.
Then i looked into DXDiagn and it has some weird error message
next to ALMOST EVeRY file there!!!
Here is what the crazy message said:

Several files (es1688.drv,esfm.drv,essfm.drv,etc) are uncertified, which means that they have not been tested by Microsoft's Windiws Hardware Quality Labs.

It doesnt sound really important but i thought i'd mention it.

And where im going to with all this is that i just got a game
"MechCommander" and when i start the first level it tells me

"Assert error cant find .dbp (or .pdb...or.dpb or something like that)" and then it just shuts down.

I already upgraded my Video card drivers and Even got DirectX6
now i just have NO idea what can be causing this.

I hope you can help,
thanx in advance.

Prevoius two answers game me URLs for the same file
which happens to be older then the one i have

thanx anyway.
Why did you accept the answer then?
Older files may be certified for use with DirectX, while the new ones aren't.  It is possible that you might have to change your soundcard.
Sorry.
