All the features are same in AppModeler and  DataArchitect

DataArchitect is having the feature

1. To model an information system using an
entity-relationship diagram,called a Conceptual Data Model (CDM)

2 To define the extended attributes for the Physical Data Model (PDM) objects

AppModeler :

1 To define the extended attributes for  4GL application

Other features are almost the same.
