PC to Mac File Exchange

Is there some software available that will let me read PC files on my Mac without the Mac cutting the PC filename down to 8 characters?  I am currently using PC Exchange on my Mac.

PC Exchange v2.2 that comes with OS 8.1 supports Win95 file names up to 31 characters (in both directions)

Softwars Architects also produce Dos Mounter 95 that does the same thing
