How to get 256 color palette from System ?

How to Get 256 color palette from system ?
I've use Getsystempalette, but get only 20 color.
then ResizePalette only resize the palette size
but fill the remain 236 with RGB(0,0,0)
Would you help me ? Thank you very much.

The trick is to use the PC_EXPLICIT flag. Check out the Win32 sample "Mypal: Palette Management Example".
