open resizable window in given position

I am wondering how I can use the open.window to set the new windows position on the screen and make the window resizable by "clicking and dragging borders".
How do I do this?

Try this.  I'm don't know how to place it at a ceratin position but this will make the window resizable.

<script language="JavaScript">
<!-- hide
browser = (navigator.appVersion.indexOf("ac") == "-1");

function openWin(url) {
var popupWin=null;

popupWin = window.open(url,"popupWin",'toolbar=0,location=0,directories=0,status=0,menubar=0,
   scrollbars=1,resizable=1,width=400,height=500');

        if (navigator.appVersion >= '3') {
        popupWin.focus();
        }
}

// done hiding -->
</script>

<A HREF="test1.htm" onClick='if (browser) {openWin("html.htm"); return false}'>Click this.</A>

window.open(url,"popupWin",'toolbar=0,location=0,directories=0,status=0,menubar=0,scrollbars=1,resizable=1,width=400,height=500,left=100,top=150,screenX=100,screenY=150')

left and top are MSIE, screenX and screenY are netscape - each will ignore the others and version 3 browsers will ignore all four.

Let's share the points ;-)

PS: The test for focus should be
if (window.focus) popupWin.focus();
since MSIE 3 does not support the focus.
