Create a new query.  Select Query/SQL Specific/Pass Through from the menu. In the SQL window type the following SQL statement.

EXEC sp_myprocedure

Where sp_myprocedure is the name of your stored procedure.

Open the properties window for the query and set the properties.  Pay close attention to setting the Connect string and the "ReturnsRecords" properties correctly.  Save your query and test it.

How about the parameters?

You did not ask about parameters.  You use the same format except you add the arguments in the correct order.

Example:
EXEC sp_esr_CalculateStatistics 'E', 1, 1997

You must pass the arguments as the proper data type.
