Whenever I boot my computer, I get an error message stating &quot;Unable to register control panel&quot;. &nbsp;I click OK and everything is apparently normal - just a nuisance. &nbsp;Any ideas? &nbsp;I have reinstalled Win95 - but still get the error.

Whenever I boot my computer, I get an error message stating "Unable to register control panel".  I click OK and everything is apparently normal - just a nuisance.  Any ideas?  I have reinstalled Win95 - but still get the error.
