Flowchart components for Delphi 3

I'm looking for a component that will do basic flowcharting, specifically hierarchy type stuff, like an org-chart.  I need to be able to say level 1 has 1 object, level 2 has 4 objects, etc, and have it organize the objects, and preferably draw them.  Have you seen something like this, or know of an easy way to do it?

Have you considered using Visio ?

You can use OLE Automation to control it.

I really need something that I can include within an application.  This is an application that I wish to re-distribute.  I can't do that using Visio without having everyone purchase Visio.

Thanks for the comment though...

This appears to be an outstanding component.  Is there another component though, maybe doesn't do quite as much, but doesn't cost the $99 though...
