Using TIExpert, Open Tools API

I have read in a book that the Open Tools API is included
with ALL versions of Delphi 3 (Standard, etc). I have
not been able to locate them and have not been able to
reference them. These are, as you know, needed to be able
to build Delphi Experts. Can anyone advise on this?

SFields24,

best way is by looking at some really good examples and explenations... I think the best way is this by GExperts. A great freeware library of Experts...

 About open tools :

I believe that I phrased it wrong. I cannot use the ToolsAPI set is NOT included
on my install CD-ROM for Delphi3 Standard. I will check his references and see
if I can find out further though.
