How do I put an Icon in the system tray?

I would like to know how I can put a little icon down in the system tray in the bottom right corner of the screen?

(1) you could use "TRxTrayIcon" of the free RX components collection (http://rx.demo.ru) or
(2) you could use win API "Shell_NotifyIcon".
