Sharing Outlook Calendar problem

Hi

I have installed outlook on 2 PC's. They are running Windows Nt 4.0 SP/3. We are finding problems sharing my calendar file. When the other party tries to add an entry, the entry is added but to the wrong date / time. In other words we see two seperate versions of the same calendar. Can someone point me in the direction of a definitive text to assist with the set up of multiple users sharing the same calendar / diary resource ?

Many thanks

Ed

I saw something that may help you.  There are a few knowledgebase articles at Microsoft concerning this.  The ids are Q182642, Q187933, and these have references to other articles.  The first list an install option dealing with Outlook and the Corporate/Workgroup option.  Both deal with permissions set up within Outlook and shared folders.

Hope this helps,
Martin

You also will want to make sure that all of the delegates' PC's as well as your own are set for the same time zone and time. Just having the time correct isn't enough; the time zones have to agree or Windows will adjust the appointment times.
