Outlook Express Deleted folder...

I was using Outlook Express yesterday to check my mail.  I used Net News for the first time after configuring the news provider's DNS.  I got a long list of news groups and subscribed to some.  But in order to unsubscribe them, I accidentally deleted the Net News folder.  How do I get it back?  I tried reinstalling MS-Office, but to no avail.  If Outlook Express came with IE4.0 (which is free) how do I download a new copy of Outlook Express.  I installed IE4.0 from a CD of my friend's which he got for free.  Now he's gone on a long vacation, so I don't have access to any hard copy.  Please help me!

Go to the "instruments" menu, choose "account", choose "new news account" and reinsert the info from your provider.

You may download the new Outlook Express from:

        http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download/windows.htm
But you don't need it
