There are 3 possible solutions for PC to do this:
1. Adobe Premiere for Windows will do it (but don't recompress the video!). Pretty expensive solution though!!

2. Using the shareware TRMOOV application. This is the blurb from it.
"TRMOOV is a Microsoft Windows 3.1/Windowos95 application for converting back and forth between the QuickTime (for Windows) file format and the Video for Windows (AVI) file format without recompression." You can find it at: http://www.downrecs.com/software.asp

3. Using Intel's "SmartVid" program for Indeo video. This doesn't interleave the audio though. It is available at: http://developer.intel.com/pc-supp/multimed/indeo/smartvid.htm

Of these, I have found number 2 to be successful the majority of the time.
Hope this helps!!
