How can I get a blob field From SQL Server 6.5
to a TImage Componenet or Insert from TImage to
the database
give me a piece of code please

use a tBlobStream.

bs := tBlobStream.Create(aBlobField, bmRead);
try
  image.LoadFromStream(bs);
finally
  bs.Free;
end;
