Putting a custom form under FILE - New

I am using Outlook 97 and 98.  I created a simple custom form.  I also placed it in the public folders.  I would like to put a link of the form under the File - New menu so that the form is more accessible to the users.  Is this possible?
Is it also possible to do this without having to go to every machine?

Thanks

a) no
b) no

At the best of my knowledge, unless you want to do some serious hacking, none of the two is doable.

Without customizing the client, there is no way to put the e-forms on the File menu, but you can do a few other things:

You can mail a shortcut to everyone that points directly to the public folder, the users can then drag this to their desktop.  When they click it (Whether in Outlook or Not) they will have this view instantly on their screen, then they just click Compose, and then the form name)

Or

You can Publish the form in the Organization E-forms area, and then they can click File /New /Choose Form.

You can also mail the users the e-form, but this cause the clients to prompt you to enable/disable macros..Very messy..

Hope this Helps!
