Where could I locate a diagram or listing of dip switch settings for a Canon BJ200e?  Canon website is no help.  It is set for a line printer, and will not work under Win95.

Canon BJ 200e

The Canon BJ 200e should work with the BJ 10e driver, provided all the dip switches are in the off position. With the "enable LQ" switch on, it should work with
several of the Epson LQ drivers.
