Yamaha Harmony 3DS719 CD audio problems

Do you have this sound card?
Have you experiencied problems with the CD audio? Help me please!!
I've a problem whiht the CD audio, it sounds horrible!!, a lot of noise. The wave and midi files sounds great, but CD audio is poor. I've re-installed the drivers and seems to work, but when I accesed the control panel to change some settings, the same problem returned. Helpe me please. Thanks.

Yamaha Corporation of America and its Yamaha Systems Technology, Inc. division have recently discovered several companies in the U.S. selling sound cards with packaging giving a false impression that the product was manufactured by Yamaha. Some of these products carry the "Yamaha" name, but these are not sound card products manufactured or supported by Yamaha.

The only sound cards in the U.S. made by Yamaha are the DB50XG and SW60XG products sold under the name "Waveforce". Look only to Waveforce sound cards if you want genuine Yamaha goods.

If you have bought one of these packages please do not call any Yamaha location for technical support since these cards are not Yamaha products. Instead, call one of the numbers listed below or return the product back to who you purchased it from.
