Does any one know of a way to produce menu's that look and act like the ones in Office 95?

Any code would be gratly appricated.

You mean menus like Windows 98 menus that are delayed dropped out ? It seems very difficult to me to implement such a system . You need to trap whenever the mouse clicks on the menu and draw yourself the rest .
