Scrolling Full form to scroll

How do I get a virtical scroll bar to scroll a full form. A simple question and I'm feeling pretty stupid..

- create a picture control that fills the form completely except of the scroll bar (adapt its size in the RESIZE event).

- Put your other controls on the picture control.

- Change the picture controls offset (top or left) whenever the user clicks on the scrollbar. The form will appear to scroll.

Fulscher, Thanks for the input..,
Herman here, Your Good, If your looking for a new adventure, I have a big project ahead. I'm really an Inventor and somewhat lost with VB..(a 7 days, 1000 page - Crash Course) I know, I may need some help with this software, server, internet sales, download upgrades, etc,. It's the last piece of info I need for "my" a "New Corporation" to come to life. (I can make a Demo w/no problem. I've been working on this project for 5 years...  You can get a little more insight, at my site.
