Can anyone advise me where can i get a Postscript Viewer for PC version (OS : WinNT4.0) ?

Have you ever heard of GhostView ??

This software can view Postscript files, you can download it in the following URL,
       http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/


P.S. Please look at the documentation carefully, otherwise you may not able to install
        successfully.
