Where can I download the driver for a Rockwell 56k internal voice fax modem? If you need more info I can open the computer and read the board.
P.S. I quickly checked the Rockwell site and did'nt see anything.

Bryan_Kay,

Try the following site.  I'm not sure which O/S you are using or Model of Modem.  So you will have to select the correct driver for your modem.

http://www.rss.rockwell.com/techinfo/pc/resource_files/win95modem.html

Good Luck,
Scott
P.S. If this does not work, open the computer and post the info on the modem and operating system you are using.

I am using the win95 O/S. It is hard to determine which model I have. The numbers on the central chip are RCVDL56ACF/SP,
R6761-21, Rockwell97, 9725 B38830-4.

Bryan_Kay,

I would start with the V.34 modem.  If that does not work, go down the list of drivers from the above site.

Try this to find the exact drivers.  Take the FCC ID# and query the FCC for the actual manufacturer of the product.  I do this all the time when I need drivers and don't know who made the product because it is generic.  The first 3 CHARACTERS of the id will tell you who made the product.
