I'm trying to create an email template for use on an NT4.0 lan running MS Exchange, Office97, everyone using Outlook. I'm trying to use the form design tool to alter the standard email template [renaming it as another template], but none of the form fields or labels stay with the email once it's sent. If I call up the template, either to use it or edit it, it's all there. But if I fill it in and email it to someone, an empty email arrives at the other end, stripped of all fields, labels and filled-in-data. Help!
