The MFC class CDaoRecordset encapsulates the DAO recordset object and CRecordset encapsulates the ODBC recordset object.

How does the MFC handle DAO Recordset internally ? How differently it is handled using ODBC ? If you can elaborate that would be helpful.
I don't know exactly what you want to know. I think it is better to direct you to Visual C++ 5.0 documentation. There are a lot of topics about ODBC and DAO.
