1. Choose the keywords that are relavant to your site. Also choose a sentence that describes the site. I think it is best to use around 20 words in each case.
Place these at the top of your home page between the <html> and <body> tags as follows:
<head>
<title>My Home Page </title>
<meta NAME="description"
CONTENT="This is my home page, it is the best in the world">
<meta NAME="keywords"
CONTENT="keyword1, keyword2, keyword3">
</head>
2. Go to http://siteowner.linkexchange.com/Free.cfm and then go to the section called The Submit It! Free Submission Form
3. Fill in these details and a few more and away you go.
