using frames

I'm just learning to make frames in HTML, but I not getting anything to show in the frames. Can anyone help. Thanks in advance. Here's my code.

<html>
<head>
<title> Frames </title>
</head>
<frameset rows= "50%, 50%">
  <frame SCR="hello.html">
  <frame SCR="hello2.html">
</frameset>
</html>

Here's the hello.html
<html>
<body>
<p>Hello World</p>
<body>
</html>

hello2.html is the same except that it displays message"Hello There".
P.S. I'm using Netscape Communicator 4.02

Have you cut&pasted?

Then it's really easy.

It's <frame SRC='hello.html'>

You see? Just substitute both 'SCR' for 'SRC'.
The rest seems OK to me.

I advice you to get an HTML editor, even a simple one will highlight syntax errors like that.
