Divide Line ?

Can I divide line to connect to internet and call on the other hand at the same time ?

Yes.With a DSVD (Digital Simultaneous Voice and Data) modem.Commonly available.I know Multitech makes some.

if you mean to be connected to the internet and to talk to someone else on the phone, and do that all on one phone line, NO, you can't.

but if you have another type of 'line' like ISDN etcetc. then u can.

I realley have to get into the habit of THINKING before I answer these things.Yeah,DSVD will work if the person you want to talk to is your ISP.Please reject my answer.Bushhead is correct.

Just do a search for "DSVD" - you'll get plenty of hits.But be aware it won't do what you originally requested.It will allow simultaneous voice and data to the SAME called number only.
