error Whenver running Winzip-Self Extracting .exe files??!!!

Seems pretty Odd but I'm unable to Run .exe FIle extensions
  I went into The windows98 Installation disk
and looked for Run32dll.exe and replaced it with the Onces in windows folder (I was having Other errors with anyother DOS .exe files until i replaced the run32.dll etc) Windows Started up fine but It still Didn't help With running the .exe file extensions from Winzip Self Extractor, i get a
"Winzip Self-Extractor Header Corrupter, Possible Cause: Bad Disk or Transfer Error"

Bull Crap there bad files I just used them the other day, It seems to be caused with all WinzipSelf -Extracting Files, Any ideas?

SOrry not what i was looking for, I need to figure out what's going on here, Could be a virus as well Mcafee Virus Scan located a virus yesterday , Formatted everything on my computer and Fdisk /mbr just for good measure.
Reinstalled 98 but i'm still getting an error message, I have no idea if it's a virus, or what the hell is going on, Just downloaded Winzip 6.3 and i can't install it because of that error I'm receiving

When you downloaded the file to your computer,
did you specify "binary" file-transfer mode?
If not, then the "ascii" file-transfer mode
has corrupted the file, and the 'unzip' program
is just reporting the effect of the corruption.
