Anyone know of any easy way to extract URLs from a text file?  I've tried a few different ways, but they didn't work quite right.  I basically want to grab the URLs from a text file and add them to a listbox.

Your web page is nothing but links... I've already been through a ton of web sites looking for code, but haven't found any.
