video and/or motherboard probs PLEASE READ AS 200 POINTS IS UP FOR GRABS
when i use my computer for 2 hrs or so and switch it off for 5mins, i switch it back on and my monitor light starts flashing which means no image is being fed through to the monitor....so i wait 1/2 an hour and it works....i have a 2mb diamond stealth, with a diamond monster2 8mb and a tx aopen motherboard
what is the problem, i though it was my motherboard suffering from heat but i need a second opion as 200 points r up for grabs

You could damage the cpu and or motherboard with excessive heat,
if allowed to continue. You pc will continue to freeze up and cause problems with windows and such, it is best if you can find the cause of the heat and or install a second fan to combat the heat.

ok im trying to pinpoint what is causeing the exact problem
usaully when i boot my computer up i hear the ram counting but when theirs no visaul after 2 hours use i dont hear the ram count just the cd rom trying to read something

can you download the program below, it can give the temp of cpu and motherboard, we can then know if it overheating or if it is something else.
