If you're going to use the S3 card with NT 4.0, be sure you've downloaded and installed service pack 3 for NT. I have avoided using that video card chipset with NT because of those type of problems. &nbsp;Many times NT won't even finish loading with that card in the machine. &nbsp;My hat's off to you if you got it to work, even a little bit! <br />

I personally have never had a problem with S3Virge in winnt unless i was a dipshit and installed the drivers provided &nbsp;with the card rather than using the drivers that winnt defaults to for the card. &nbsp;What version of winnt are you installing that does not have a default s3 driver?<br />

Is S3Virge(4MB) fully compatible with WinNT4.0? (using Intel P166 CPU with MMX) ?<br />
The S3 driver for WinNT isn't provided, and I got to download it from the S3 homepage, but i am not sure whether the driver is perfect or not. I seems to get many display problem.<br />
My problem could be due to connections, not necessarily graphics card compatibilty. That's why my question.<br />
