If no files in Dir / MsgBox

Hi,

How do you check if a directory contains any files?
I would like to check for App.path & "\Templates\"
and
if their isn't any files then
popup a msgbox
else
exit sub
end if

if dir(App.path & "\Templates\") = "" then
   msgbox "No Files found"
end if
