VB 6 PRO VS. VB 6 ENT

If I need to develop a vb 6 app over a wan with sql server residing on an NT Server, would vb 6 pro offer less functionality with respect to data management (i.e., rdo, ado) than vb 6 enterprise?

If so, what specifically?
