Actually 95 has this feature included in it.

If you check in the Control Panel there are the Accessibility Options.

You will need to enable to Mousekeys in order to user you arrow keys on the numberpad as the mouse and you enter as the click and + sign as the double click.

Since you don't have a mouse try this

Hit CTRL-ESC to open the Start Menu
Arrow up to settings and then over to Control Panel
Hit Enter to open the Control Panel
Use your Arrow Keys to Highlight Accessibilty options and then hit enter
Hit your Tab key until the Keyboard tab is highlighted
Use the Arrow to change to the Mouse Tab.
Hit Tab to Highlight the Use Mousekeys box
Use the Spacebar to check the Box.
Hit Tab until you get to Apply and then hit the space bar.
Tab to Ok and hit that, you should be in business....

have Fun,

Forgot 1 thing, If you do not have the Accessiblities option in the Control panel, you will need to add this through the Add/Remove Programs option. It should be the top option under the Windows setup Tab.
