Can not run WAV file

I have an old 486 and I want to install a 16 bits Sound Blaster sound card.  The midi files run fine, the CD is fine, but I can't get WAV file to work.

Could someone tell me why please ?

Removed the recoder driver and then reinstall the driver, it sounds like some mutimadia file is currecpted.
